PAYROLL
- United States: Paid bi-weekly (every other Friday) via ADP.
- Canada (Toronto & Vancouver): Paid twice per month (15th & last day of the month).
- Official Payroll Calendar: HERE
- Timesheets must be submitted and approved on time.
- Direct deposit is strongly encouraged.
PAY ISSUES
- Payroll@weareelevate.global – Missing pay, incorrect hours, rate questions.
- HR@weareelevate.global – Policy, conduct, or timekeeping concerns.
- Include full name, project, dates worked, and a clear explanation.
- Managers should not promise immediate fixes. Corrections process in next payroll cycle.
TIMEKEEPING & BREAKS
- Clock in and out accurately.
- No off-the-clock work.
- Breaks must be taken as scheduled.
- Direct time concerns to payroll@weareelevate.global
INJURY / INCIDENT RESPONSE
- Ensure safety first. Call 911 in an emergency.
- Complete the Elevate Incident Report Form immediately.
- Notify HR the same day.

- Do not delay reporting.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
- Arrive fit for duty.
- No drugs or alcohol on-site.
- Follow client guidelines.
- If someone appears impaired: Remove from shift, document observable behavior, notify HR immediately.
