- Elevate will coordinate with clients to confirm safety controls
- Employees should escalate unsafe conditions to Elevate if concerns are not resolved on-site
Training
You may receive safety training:
- During onboarding
- Before specific assignments
- When new hazards are introduced
Training may include:
- General workplace safety
- Event or activation-specific safety
- Heat illness prevention
- Emergency response procedures
Training is provided in a language that employees understand, where necessary.
Non-Retaliation Policy
Elevate strictly prohibits retaliation against employees who:
- Report safety concerns

Quick Reminder
Your safety is a priority. If something feels unsafe, stop work and escalate the concern immediately.
When in doubt, speak up — we would rather investigate a concern early than respond after an incident.
