For the 2025 tax year, Elevate used two payroll systems due to a mid-year transition.
- January – July 2025: Cornerstone
- August – December 2025: ADP
Because of this change, many employees will receive two W-2s for the 2025 tax year.
What to Expect
- If you worked only January–July 2025, you will receive one W-2 from Cornerstone
- If you worked only August–December 2025, you will receive one W-2 from ADP
- If you worked across both periods, you will receive two separate W-2s:
- One from Cornerstone (Jan–July)
- One from ADP (Aug–Dec)
Both W-2s are required when filing your taxes.
W-2 Delivery Timing
W-2s will be mailed by January 31, 2026, to the address on file.
If you opted in for electronic delivery, you can access your W-2 online instead of waiting for the mailed copy.

- Available by January 31, 2026
- Use the Forgot Password option if you no longer have login access
August–December 2025 W-2
Payroll system: ADP
Access: ADP Workforce Now Sign In
Once logged in:
- Go to Myself
- Select Pay
- Click Tax Statements
- Download your 2025 W-2
If you have never logged into ADP before, select First Time User on the sign-in page.
Important Reminders
- Elevate cannot combine W-2s from different payroll systems
- If you worked in both periods, you may need to provide two W-2s to your tax preparer
- Mailed W-2s are sent based on the address on file as of year-end
