Steps to Calculate Footfall:

1. Count customers experiencing the activation for 1 minute during:
   • The busiest part of the day 🕒.

2. Add these totals together ➕ and divide by 2 to get the average 🔢.
3. Multiply by 60 ⏱️ for hourly footfall.
4. Multiply again by the number of activity hours 🕐.

👥 Engagement Counting

Steps to Calculate Engagement:

1. Count customers engaging with the team for 1 minute.
2. Add the busiest + quietest engagement numbers ➕.
3. Divide by 2 for the average engagement 🔗.
4. Multiply by 60 and then by activity hours 🔄.

💡 Remember: Footfall numbers will be higher than engagement numbers!

• Highest Footfall Period: Note the busiest time of the day ⏰.
