🎥 How to Access Your End of Shift Survey 📋✨
👋 Hello! In this video, I'll show you how to access your End of Shift Survey. Let’s dive in! 🚀
🔑 Step 1: Log in to the App
📲 Once you log in, you’ll see your shift for today!
✅ Step 2: Check-In
⏰ When it’s time to start your shift, tap the Check-In button.
📋 Step 3: Navigate to Your Survey
👉 After checking in, you’ll land on a screen showing:
- Checkout 🛑
- End of Shift Survey 📑
💡 You can click End of Shift Survey at any time before checking out.
✍️ Step 4: Complete Your Form
🖱️ Tap End of Shift Survey to fill out your form.
🔒 Once completed, the button will turn gray to indicate it’s done.
⚠️ Step 5: If Something Goes Wrong
📴 If you’re disconnected or need to revisit the survey, no worries!
- Tap the button again.
- A popup will notify you that you’ve already accessed the survey.
- Click OK to continue.
⚠️ Important Reminder!
📝 You only need to submit ONE End of Shift Survey per shift. Please avoid submitting multiple forms.
🏁 Step 6: Checkout Time!
Once your shift and survey are complete, tap the Checkout button to finish your day! 🎉
🔄 Forgot to Complete Your Survey?
💡 If you forgot to complete the survey after checking out, here’s how to access it:
1️⃣ Go to the Menu 🍔.
2️⃣ Select My Bookings 📅.
3️⃣ Find today’s shift and click it.
4️⃣ In the top-right corner, tap Complete End of Shift Survey.
🔒 If the button is gray, it means the survey was already completed. Tap OK to confirm.
