How to Find and Apply for Jobs Using the Job Board

Overview

You can easily browse, filter, and apply for new jobs directly through your Elevate app using the Job Board.
This guide walks you through how to find jobs that match your profile, refine your search, and manage your applications.

Accessing the Job Board

1. Log in to your app.
2. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top corner.
3. Select Job Board.

You’ll automatically be taken to the Recommended Jobs tab.

Recommended Jobs

Recommended jobs are tailored to you based on the information in your profile — including your location and radius to the job.

• Browse through your recommended jobs.
• Tap View Shifts to see more details about each role.
• Choose the role you want to apply for and refine the dates if needed.
• Tap Search Open Shifts to see available options.
• Expand to view the shifts, then tap Apply to submit your interest.

🪙 On the front of each job tile, you’ll see key details like the rate for the role and all relevant information.

Flip the tile to view additional information, such as bonuses or expenses.

Using Filters

You can narrow your search using the magnifying glass icon at the top of the Job Board.
Here’s what you can filter by:

• City or location – select from the available options in the job board
• Radius – based on your primary address and the event address
• Job or role type
• Dates you’re available
• Postcode – if you’re travelling, enter a postcode and apply a radius to find jobs nearby
• Contract type- relevant to specific markets

💡 Tip: Always apply a radius when using a postcode search to return accurate results.

All Jobs

The All Jobs tab shows everything currently available across the platform.
To load results efficiently:

1. Apply one or more filters first.
2. Tap Search to view relevant opportunities.

Once you find a job that fits:

• Tap View Shifts to read details and apply.
• You can also choose Not Interested if you don’t want to see that type of job again.

Availability & Alerts

You might see an amber alert (⚠️) over the "A" icon — this means you’ve already applied to another shift on the same date.
You can still choose to apply or mark Not Interested to clear the job from your board.

Invited Jobs

If the Elevate team has specifically invited you to apply for a role, it will appear under the Invited tab.
You’ll also see an Invited Jobs tile on your dashboard for quick access.

Applied Jobs

The Applied Jobs tab shows all the jobs you’ve submitted applications for.
From here, you can:

• Review your applications
• Withdraw if you change your mind — once withdrawn, the application will be removed.

🗓️ Note: “Applied Jobs” are your applications, not your confirmed bookings.
To see your confirmed jobs, go to My Bookings from your dashboard.

From your home screen, you’ll also see quick-access tiles for:

• Invited Jobs
• Recommended Jobs

Tapping these takes you directly to the corresponding sections of the Job Board.
