1CRM US | How to reset your password

Can't remember your password? No worries! You can reset it by following the simple steps below:

1) Open the Elevate 1CRM US app in your phone (or access 1CRM via your web browser).

2) Tap or click ‘Forgot Password?’

3) Enter your email address, tap or click ‘Send request’

4) You will receive an email from 1CRM asking you to confirm it was you who requested for your email address to be changed. Click/tap the 'Confirm password reset' button in the email.

This will then take you to the 1CRM login page. However, there is one more step! Because at that point, you will be receiving another email in your inbox, with the subject 'Your temporary password'.

5) Open this email, copy the temporary password provided:

Then go back to the 1CRM login page/ app, and log in using your email address, and this new password:

• If you'd rather set up your own password, you can do this by logging in with the temporary password, then going to 'Account settings' in your profile > 'Change password'.

And that's it! Your password has been updated.
