How to Manage Your Expired Documents
To stay compliant and eligible for work, it’s important that your legal documents (such as your pre-settled status confirmation or working visa) are always up to date in the Elevate system. Our system automatically tracks expiry dates. If any of your documents expire, you’ll receive an alert on your dashboard to let you know action is required.Until your documents are updated and approved by Elevate, you will not be eligible to be booked on shifts.

💡 Tip
Set a reminder a few weeks before your visa or pre-settled status expires — this gives you time to upload your new document and avoid any disruption to your bookings.
