How to Confirm or Decline a Shift
Overview
Sometimes our team may ask you to review a shift you’ve been provisionally booked into.
When this happens, you’ll need to confirm or decline your shift using the Confirm and Decline module in your app.

Where to Find Your Shifts to Confirm
If you’ve been provisionally booked, your shift will appear under Shifts to Confirm.
This means your shift isn’t yet fully confirmed — you’ll need to confirm the booking to secure it.
- Tap Shifts to Confirm to see all shifts waiting for your response.
- Each shift shows how long you have left to confirm (e.g., “5 days remaining”).
- Tap the shift to view the full booking details.
Confirming or Declining
After reviewing the details, you can choose one of two options:
✅ Confirm — This means you accept the booking and will be fully booked into the shift.
❌ Decline — This means you can’t work the shift. You’ll be removed from it so another staff member can be booked.
Once confirmed, your shift will move from Shifts to Confirm to My Bookings, where it will appear alongside your other confirmed shifts.
Navigation Tip
You can also access the Confirm and Decline section anytime from the main menu — just select Shifts to Confirm to return to your list.

Once confirmed, your shift is locked in and you’re ready to go.
