💬 Step 1: Keep Elevate Updated About Your Arrival
New Features Overview
When you go to check in for your shift, you’ll now see two new options:
- En Route
- Running Late
🚗 If You’re On Your Way — Select En Route
- Tap En Route when you’re heading to your shift.
- This notifies the Elevate team that you’re on your way.
- You won’t need to confirm your status manually — we’ll know you’re en route!
⏰ If You’re Delayed — Select Running Late
- Tap Running Late if you’re delayed and can’t check in on time.
- You’ll now be asked to enter your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
- Your ETA is automatically shared with the Elevate team so we know when to expect you.
Once you arrive and your shift begins, please check in as normal to confirm you’re on site.
This helps:
✅ Keep your status accurate and up to date
✅ Reduce unnecessary calls or messages
✅ Improve communication and check-in efficiency
✅ Step 2: Check In for Your Shift
When it’s time for your shift to start, you must check in using the 1CRM mobile app.
How to Check In:
- Open the app and go to your Dashboard, your shift will appear here
- Tap Check-In, only once it is time for your shift to start
- A pop-up will ask: “Are you sure you want to check in?” → Tap OK.
- If you arrive after your scheduled start time, the button will turn red and say “Late Check-In” — tap to confirm.
💡 Tip: If you selected “Running Late” or "En Route" earlier, still check in as soon as you arrive on site.
🏁 Step 3: Complete Your Mandatory End of Shift Survey
At the end of your shift, if applicable to your shift, you’ll need to complete your End of Shift Survey before checking out.

🔚 Step 4: Check Out When Your Shift Ends
When your shift is complete, check out via the app to confirm you’ve finished.
How to Check Out:
