- Multiply again by the number of activity hours 🕐.

Steps to Calculate Engagement:
- Count customers engaging with the team for 1 minute.
- Add the busiest + quietest engagement numbers ➕.
- Divide by 2 for the average engagement 🔗.
- Multiply by 60 and then by activity hours 🔄.
