When will I receive my event brief?
The event staffing manager will provide all staff members with an event brief prior to their first shift.
What should I wear when I work for Elevate?
Uniform requirements are provided on a job by job basis. The most common items staff will be asked to wear are their own smart black trousers and / or smart black shoes. Staff can find job specific uniform requirements in the event brief.
How do I claim Expenses? Are expense reimbursements available for all Jobs?
Expense reimbursements are available on a job by job basis. Approved expenses should be confirmed by the event staffing manager in writing at the time of booking. All expenses should be uploaded via the mobile app.
When will I get paid?
Payroll is processed on a semi monthly basis with US pay dates on the 10th and 26th of each month and Canadian pay dates on the 15th and last day of each month. Payments will be issued on the last business day before this date if the regular pay date falls on a federal holiday or weekend.
