How to Onboard with Cornerstone

What is Cornerstone?

Cornerstone is Elevate's payroll provider and a co-employer for Elevate staff. With Cornerstone, staff will have access to a comprehensive suite of tools and resources to manage personal information, view pay stubs, and much more.

Once you have registered, Cornerstone will become your employer of record and be responsible for filing and paying your state withholding taxes and federal taxes and providing year-end W2s.

After a staff member's profile has been accepted in 1CRM they need to complete their payroll paperwork within Cornerstone PEO.

How do I register in Cornerstone?

1. Register via the Cornerstone Website using the same email address you used for your 1CRM account
   
   
2. Input Elevate's ALPHA Numeric Code: 7329ES
3. Click on I am not a robot, then click on "Proceed to Registration"
4. Enter SSN and select "Register"
   
   
5. After your account is created, select continue in the bottom right hand corner (as shown below) 
   
   
6. Review the signature verification form
   
   
7. Sign with the name you used to register
8. Press "Continue"
9. Enter personal data
10. Complete employee acknowledgments
    
11. Set up direct deposit
    
    
12. Complete tax information
13. Review and complete autogenerated w-4
14. Review the "New Hire information packet" and sign
    
    
15. Staff onboarding information will be sent to Elevate's onboarding team
    
    
16. You will receive an email from info@worklogiceps.com confirming your onboarding information has been received
17. The onboarding department will review and approve information
18. Once your onboarding is complete your 1CRM profile will be made active and you will be eligible to apply for jobs with Elevate

How do I return to Cornerstone if I have not completed onboarding?

After completing the initial registration in Cornerstone, you can use your user ID and password to log-in to Cornerstone and pick up from where you left off by selecting "yes" from the "onboarding process ongoing" prompt.
