How do I onboard with Elevate?
- Complete the registration process
- Log-in using the email and password you registered with.
- Complete the "Diversity Census." (This is optional)
- Select "create profile."
- Enter your ‘personal information’, any field with a grey asterisk (*) means the information is required to complete onboarding.
- Add Personal Data
- Verify your phone number in the "contact details" section.
- Enter your primary address.
- Add emergency contact information.
- Add social media handles. (optional)
- Once you have completed all mandatory fields you can click on ‘save & continue’ to move to the next section.
- Complete the ‘photo & sizing information’ section, any field with a grey asterisk (*) means the information is required to complete onboarding.
- Upload a video introducing yourself.
- Add photos (optional)
- Enter sizing information. (Optional)
- Once you have completed all mandatory fields you can click on ‘save & continue’ to move to the next section.
- Enter Education history. (optional)
- Add additional training and certifications. (optional)
- Enter at least one language and proficiency level.
- Once you have completed all mandatory fields you can click on ‘save & continue’ to move to the next section.
- Complete the ‘Employment Information’ section, any field with a grey asterisk (*) means the information is required to complete onboarding.
- Write a personal statement.
- Add general employment history. (optional)
- Add skills and industry exposure. (The information added in this section will help the system suggest jobs for you.)
- Add event experiences.
- Add work preferences.
- Upload Resume. (optional)
- Once you have completed all mandatory fields you can click on ‘save & continue’ to move to the next section.
- Complete the "Employment Eligibility" section, any field with a grey asterisk (*) means the information is required to complete onboarding.
- Enter your social security number.
- Add at least one I-9 Acceptable document from list A or an I-9 Acceptable Document from list B and list C.
- Once you have completed all mandatory fields and uploaded your documents you can click on ‘save & continue’ to move to the next section.
- Review and accept Elevate's employee agreement.
- Once all sections have been completed you will be taken to a final screen. You will be required to click on ‘create profile & send’ to formally submit your application.
- Before you click on ‘create profile & send’ you can use the left menu bar to review each section. This will allow you to make any necessary edits or modifications before submitting your application in full.
- A member of the Elevate Staffing team will review your profile.
- If all sections have been properly completed you will receive an email with instructions to enroll with ADP, Elevate's third-party payroll provider.
- If any sections of your profile are rejected or need more information you will receive an email notification with further instructions.
Please note when you add the following fields (Education and skills), to your onboarding application, it initiates additional mandatory fields, if you do not want to add these fields you can simply click on ‘delete’ under each section, to continue with the onboarding process.
How do I know when each section is completed?
When a section is completed, you will see a teal check mark in a circle next to the section in the left-hand menu bar. See example image below.
How do I know what fields are mandatory?
Any field with a grey asterisk (*) means the field is mandatory. When you click on ‘save & continue’ and you have not completed a mandatory field, the field will be shown in red with a message saying ‘Mandatory field’ underneath. Example Image below.
