Finding Your End-of-Shift Survey the day after the event 🌟
Hey there! 👋 Let’s learn how to find your End of Shift Survey a day after your event.
Follow these simple steps, and you’ll be all set! 🚀
🕵️♀️ Step 1: Navigate to "My Bookings"
- Open the app or website and head over to My Bookings. 📂
🔍 Step 2: Use the Magnifying Glass
- Tap on the magnifying glass icon 🔍 to begin your search.
📥 Step 3: Access "Past" Bookings
- In the Bookings section:
- Click on the dropdown menu ⬇️.
- Select Past 🕰️.
🗓️ Step 4: Find Yesterday's Booking
- Look for bookings from the previous day. They’ll show up here! ✅
📄 Step 5: Open Your Booking
- Click on the booking you want to review. 🖱️✨
🎯 Step 6: Locate "Complete End of Shift Survey"
- In the top-right corner, you’ll see a button that says:
Complete End of Shift Survey. 📝
🎨 Step 7: Color Check!
- If the survey link is gray ⚪:
👉 You’ve already clicked it! - If it’s green 🟢:
👉 You haven’t completed it yet!
⚠️ Step 8: Click and Confirm

Click the button, and you’ll see an alert ⚠️:
- Already clicked? The button turns gray.
- Need to redo it? You can click again, but only one survey is required per shift! 👍

Select OK ✅ to proceed or Cancel ❌ if clicked by mistake.
🎉 Step 9: Access Your Survey
- Once you click OK, the survey opens up. 🎊 Fill it out, and you’re done! ✔️
