How do I check-in and out for my shift?
When it is time for your shift to start, you are required to check in to the shift using the 1CRM mobile app.
App Tracking Permissions:
To enhance your experience, please enable location sharing in our app. We use this data solely to determine your distance from the check-in location and to confirm that you are on-site. Rest assured, we only collect your location data when you click check-in or check-out.
Your privacy is our priority! Checking in and out of your shifts ensures you are paid accurately!
How to Check-in:
- You will see the shift under the 'My Bookings' section.
- 30 minutes before the shift start time, a green 'check-in' button will be displayed under the shift.
- Click the button and a pop-up box will appear asking 'Are you sure you want to 'check-in'
- Click 'OK'
- If you arrive after your shift start time the 'check-in' box will turn red and allow you to check in by pressing "late check-in."
When your shift ends, you are required to check out using the 1CRM mobile app.
How to Check-out:
- You will see the shift under the 'My Bookings' section.
- Once you have checked-in you will see the 'check-out' button in red
- Once your shift has completed: click the button and a pop-up box will appear asking 'Are you sure you want to check-out'
- Click 'OK'
If you ever have trouble checking in or out you should reach out to your elevate contact immediately to ensure your attendance is properly recorded.
