We're delighted you're interested in joining the team! And we can't wait to start the adventure with you.
Onboarding is a crucial step because it's an opportunity for our staffing team to understand what makes you unique, and how you'd be a great match for current and future jobs, hopefully.
By 'onboarding', we mean:
- Registering in 1CRM
- Completing your 1CRM profile and submitting it for Elevate's review
- Elevate reviewing your 1CRM profile
This article covers 'Completing your 1CRM profile and submitting it for Elevate's review'.
How to complete your 1CRM profile:
First, you need to log in to your 1CRM UK account: open the 1CRM app in your mobile and log in using your email address and password. Alternatively, you can do this on the web.
You will notice that there are 6 essential steps under the heading "YOUR PROFILE":
- Personal information
- Video, Photos & Sizing information
- Qualifications & Training
- Employment Information
- Legal data
- Terms & Conditions of Engagement
Throughout the process, certain fields are marked with an "*", these fields are mandatory.
The remaining fields can be completed later if you'd prefer.
- Personal information:
This information is essential for employment eligibility and payroll purposes, and also for contacting you for interviews about potential opportunities, and to keep your profile up to date.
Don't forget to check your phone number: this process is extremely important; it ensures that we have the right mobile number in our system to contact you.
- Video, photo and sizing information:
Your video is an opportunity to show our clients who you are, so don't be afraid to show off your personality! You'll see a video in there to guide you.
We need at least one photo from you. Photos help us to get to know you better and create winning profiles for our customers – follow the guidelines and don't forget to save.
For any additional information about uploading photos to 1CRM, you can consult this article.
Sizing is optional – you can skip this part, but we may need later in if you are booked on a job that requires uniforms, for example.
Qualification and trainings:
We need to know what language(s) you speak, and your proficiency.
In this page you can also add any education, training and certificates information, but this is optional.
- Employment Information:
The most important part of this page is the 'About you/ Personal statement'. Your personal statement is a chance to show us why you’re the best person for the role (if onboarding for a specific role), or why you would be a great addition to the Elevate UK field workforce. This should include a short overview of you who are, any relevant experience, the brands that you may have worked for in the past, the types of roles you’ve taken on during previous campaigns, along with any other skills you think might be relevant for the job.
In this page you can also provide more information about your skills, your event-specific experience, and your work preferences.
- Legal data:
There are 3 very important sections in this page:
-
- Bank details – we need your bank details to be able to process the payments for the excellent work you will do.
- ID and proof of right to work – we will ask you for your nationality – this is so we can then ask for the relevant ID and proof of right to work, depending on whether you are British or Irish, or not.
- Tax information – in here you will need to provide your National Insurance Number ('NINo'), confirm whether you are currently employed (and provide your P45 if not), and confirm whether you are repaying a student loan (and if so, which plan are you on). This is all important, as we want to make sure that the right tax code is apply to the work you'll do at Elevate!
- Terms & Conditions of Engagement
In this page you will find the Elevate UK Terms of Engagement for Casual Workers and Code of Conduct. Acceptance of these Terms is required for you to be able to work with us.
Also in this page you will find a 48 hour opt-out waiver, which is optional for you to complete if you wish to opt out of the maximum 48-hour average working week. Please note, this may not be relevant to you, for example, if you are under-18, and if you are on a visa with a maximum weekly hours of under 48hours.
How to submit your profile for review
Once you have completed all the mandatory fields on these 6 pages, you will be able to submit your profile for review:
Hit the 'CREATE PROFILE & SEND' button when you're ready to submit your profile for review.
What happens next?
Once you have submitted your profile for review, our Elevate UK team will receive your profile and review as soon as they are able.
If any information is incorrect or needs to be updated, you will receive an email inviting you to do so.
If everything is correct, then you will receive an acceptance email letting you know, and you will then be able to start applying for jobs straight away!
