1CRM UK | How to create an account ('register')

To register in 1CRM UK for the first time, you need to follow these steps:

You can download the 1CRM app, or access 1CRM via the web (if you're in the login page, make sure to select 'I am not registered yet', which will take you to the registration page).

In there you'll need to:

• Enter the email address you'll want associated to your 1CRM account
• Create a strong password
  • The bar beneath the password section shows how strong your password is. The strongest passwords will change all five lines from grey to teal.
• Let us know how you heard about Elevate
  • If you select 'Recruitment/ job ad', 'At an event', or 'Other', you'll be able to provide more info.
• Confirm that you are over 16 years old and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Once you hit 'Register', you'll need to review and accept the 1CRM UK Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (remember to scroll all the way down in each to be able to accept these!) – once you've done this, you'll be able to submit your registration request, and you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. This is important, as it makes sure we're setting up this account under the right email address!

Once you've confirmed your email address, you will be able to log into your account, and start completing your profile.

FAQs

Why can't I use my email address?

Please make sure your email address is in the right format.

Also, you can only use an email address once when registering with us. Please check you haven't used it already – if you have, use that email address to log in, and if you can't remember the password for your account, you can reset it (see the following article for this: '1CRM UK | How to reset your password')

I did not receive my registration email?

If you did not receive your registration email, please navigate to the login page. Enter your email and password click ‘login’ and you will see the message below and can click on ‘send again’ to receive another registration email.

Once you click on ’send again’, please login to your email, click on the registration link to complete your registration.
