If you have been part of the Elevate UK field workforce at any point up to April/May 2024, you are likely be part of the data migration to 1CRM, Elevate's own staffing management platform, which is launching in the UK on April 2024 (and fully live in May 2024). This means, your data from the current platform will be moved to 1CRM for you – so you will have an account in 1CRM waiting for you! In order to access it, you'll just need to activate it. Below you will find the steps to do this:
When logging into 1CRM for the first time, you’ll need to set up a password for your account. To do this, you’ll need to:
1) Go to: https://portal-uk.weareelevate.global/account-activation
2) Enter the email address you currently use for your account in the current Elevate UK staff portal and hit 'NEXT'.
3) You will then be asked to review and accept the Elevate Terms & Conditions of Engagement:
To accept them, tick the box, type your legal first and last name, and then hit 'SEND REQUEST'.
If your account activation request was successful, you will see a screen confirming so:
You will then receive an email asking you to confirm it was you who requested this.
4) Click the button on the email, which will confirm your request to create a new password.
5) A new password will be generated for you, and sent to you via email. Open that new email, which will contain your new password:
6) Log into 1CRM using your email address and the new password received. These are now your 1CRM login credentials!

How can I change my password?
- You can change your password under 'Account settings'.

When trying to log in, it says "You have already send request for account activation. Please check your mailbox and click on the link for confirmation. Send request again?"
- This means that you already completed steps 1, 2 and 3 above, but are still due to complete steps 4 onwards. So, you still haven't confirmed it was you requesting to activate this 1CRM account.
- What you need to do now, is go to your email inbox, and find the email, and click 'Create new password', and follow steps 4 and 5.
- Alternatively, you can hit 'Send request again', and a new email will be sent to your inbox. Then you'll need to click 'Create new password' in that email, and follow steps 4 and 5.
- When trying to log in, it says "Your account is already activated. Please LOG IN'"
- This means that you've already completed all these steps, and you are trying to log in using the 'account activation' page. To log in, simply open the Elevate 1CRM UK app in your phone. Otherwise, you can use this link: https://portal-uk.weareelevate.global/login (but remember, you need to use the app to check in and out of your shifts in Elevate UK moving forward!).
