1CRM UK | How to apply for jobs

To see what jobs are available in Elevate UK, you can access them via the 'Job board', and apply to the exact roles, locations and dates you are interested in, by following these steps:

1. Open the 1CRM UK app and log in to your account.
2. On the top left corner, you will see three links: tap this to access the menu.
3. Then select 'Job Board'.
   
4. Recommended jobs will appear based on the information in your profile. To view all jobs select 'All jobs' at the top of the screen.
   
5. Select the job you are interested in. You can tap 'more' to see more information about the job.
   
6. Now search for shifts available for this job by selecting the role(s) and date(s) you're interested in:
   
   
   
7. Once you've set up the roles and dates filters, select 'Search Open Shifts'.
8. Select 'Tap to view' to see shifts available:
   
9. Select the shifts you would like to apply for:
   
10. To submit your application to the shifts you selected, tap 'Apply now':
    
    
    

And that's it! Your application will go through to the job's staffing manager to review. If you are accepted, you will receive an email confirming to which shifts you're now booked on, and you'll be able to see these under 'My Bookings' in the app.

In the meantime, you can apply to other shifts for other jobs, and the app will let you know when you have already applied to another job for those same dates/times, and if you have already been booked then, it will prevent you from double-booking yourself!

If you want to check which shifts you have already applied for, you can view these by going to 'Job board' > 'Applied'. If you change your mind, you can withdraw your application there.

Also, you can use the 'Ask a question' button to submit any questions you may have for this job.
