Having your profile up-to-date is a great way to increase your chances of getting more bookings with us at Elevate. It is also essential for certain details, such as those that impact your employment eligibility and payment (e.g. work permits, payment details, etc.).
Once your profile has been accepted, you can update your information in 1CRM at any time. Most changes are effective straight away, however, some changes will need to be reviewed and approved by a member of the Elevate Staffing team first.
To update your profile information, you can follow the steps below:
- Log in to your profile.
- Select My Profile from the menu on the left.
- Select the section of your profile you wish to update.
- Update the information.
- Click on Save.
If the changes need Elevate review:
If the information requires the approval of a member of the Elevate Staffing team, the following message will appear:
You will receive a notification when the changes to your profile have been reviewed, and the outcome of it, so you're clear on the next steps.
If the changes do not need Elevate review:
If you have updated sections of your profile that do not need to be reviewed by the Elevate team, your profile will be updated once you click Save.
