The email address associated to your Elevate 1CRM account is what you need, together with your password, to log in. We understand you may need to change this email address at some point, so we've put together this article to show you can you can do this in the app.
Changing your email address in 1CRM is very simple! To do this, you need to follow these steps:
1) Go to the 'Account settings' section of your 1CRM profile:
2) Click on the pen icon next to your email address:
3) Enter your new email address
4) Click on 'Save changes', and Confirm your request by clicking on 'Send' in the confirmation window:
6) You now need to confirm it was you requesting this change. To do this check your mailbox – you should have received an email from 1CRM asking you to confirm it was definitely you who requested for your email address to be changed. Click/tap that link – you will be redirected to the 1CRM home page. You can then log in using your new email address.
