This article serves the function of answering Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that staff members have regarding the 1CRM Onboarding Process.
What is a personal statement?
Your personal statement is a chance to show us why you’re the best person for the role. This should include a short overview of you who are, any relevant experience, the brands that you may have worked for in the past, the types of roles you’ve taken on during previous campaigns, along with any other skills you think might be relevant for the job.
How do I submit my profile for review?
Once all sections have been completed you will be taken to a final screen. You will be required to click on ‘create profile & send’ to formally submit your application.
What happens after I complete onboarding/submit my profile?
After you submit your profile for review, Elevate will review the information you have submitted. If there are no questions or additional information needed the team will accept your profile. You will receive an email to let you know your profile is accepted.
Once your profile is accepted, you can Login to see your staff portal, view our job board and start applying for work.
If the team did not accept all your information, you will receive an email outlining what section needs your review and any comments left from the team to help you update the information.
You will be required to login, you will see a red icon in the left-hand menu highlighting the areas that require your attention. Click on the section and you will see the comment from the team at the top of the page in a grey comment box.
Saving a profile that is not complete?
Once you have completed a section, meaning all the mandatory fields have been completed you can click on ‘save & continue’, this will save all the information in that section. You can then logout and continue the process later.
Any field with a grey asterisk (*) means the field is mandatory. When you click on ‘save & continue’ and you have not completed a mandatory field, the field will be shown in red with a message saying ‘Mandatory field’ underneath.
I do not have all the correct documents. Can I still submit my profile?
You can only submit your profile once you have completed all the mandatory fields. Any field with a grey asterisk (*) means the field is mandatory. Why do you want my bank details?
Completing your bank details is not mandatory during the onboarding process. However, we need your bank details prior to your first shift. The reason we need this information is so we can process your pay.
How long will it take for someone to contact me regarding my application?
We aim to review all applications within three business days.
If my profile is not approved, will I be notified?

How do I reset my password?
- Navigate to the registration page here
- Click on ‘Forgot Password’
- Enter your email address, click on ‘send request’
- Please check your mailbox, click on the link to confirm your password reset
- You will then be sent a temporary password
- Use this password to login to your staff portal
- You can then go to ‘account settings’
- Click on ‘change password’ to create a new password for your account
Why do you ask for sizing information?
The sizing section is for uniform purposes. A branded shirt, or uniform may be provided by the client.
