1CRM UK | Elevate field staff onboarding

We're delighted you're interested in joining the team! And we can't wait to start the adventure with you.

Onboarding is a crucial step because it's an opportunity for our staffing team to understand what makes you unique, and how you'd be a great match for current and future jobs, hopefully.

By 'onboarding', we mean:

1. Registering in 1CRM
2. Completing your 1CRM profile and submitting it for Elevate's review
3. Elevate reviewing your 1CRM profile

Please remember, you must be over 16 years old and eligible to work in the United Kingdom in order to register with us.

Before you start, make sure you have the following handy:

• At least one photo of yourself
• Your bank details
• Your identification document
  • If you are British or Irish, this would be your passport or birth certificate. NB. If you choose your birth certificate, you'll also need to provide a document where we can see your National Insurance Number ('NINo').
  • If you are from anywhere else, this would be your passport or ID card.
• Your proof of your right to work in the United Kingdom. If you are not British or Irish, you will need to provide your settled status confirmation/indefinite leave to remain, your pre-settled status confirmation, or a valid working visa.

1) Registration:

You can download the 1CRM app, or access 1CRM via the web (if you're in the login page, make sure to select 'I am not registered yet', which will take you to the registration page).

2) Complete your profile and submit for Elevate's review:

To log in, open the 1CRM app in your mobile and log in using your email address and password. Alternatively, you can do this on the web. 

You will need to complete the mandatory fields (those with an asterisk: *) from the six pages:

• Personal information
• Video, Photos & Sizing information
• Qualifications & Training
• Employment Information
• Legal data
• Terms & Conditions of Engagement

Once you have completed all the mandatory fields on these pages, you will be able to submit your profile for review by tapping/clicking the 'CREATE PROFILE & SEND' button at the end.

What happens next: 3) Elevate's review

Once you have submitted your profile for review, our Elevate UK team will receive your profile and review as soon as they are able. 

If any information is incorrect or needs to be updated, you will receive an email inviting you to do so.

If everything is correct, then you will receive an acceptance email letting you know, and you will then be able to start applying for jobs straight away!
